Requirements :

• Board Certification

Must be

Board Certified in Orthopaedic Surgery. Fellowship training is preferred.

• State License

An active

North Carolina medical license is required.

• Certifications

BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory.

• Background Check

A clean background is essential for quick credentialing, with no history of malpractice.

• Temporary Privileges

Available if needed.
