Rotational Program Overview

A EDP is a 3-year rotational program designed for entry level hires to explore up to three different design centers in their first three years with American Structurepoint.

• Develop Well-Rounded Engineers through rotations across our Road group and Indianapolis Ohio Florida / Texas
• Gain Exposure to Regional Projects and varying client needs
• Understand the Full Project Lifecycle from design to field implementation
• Build Cross-Office Collaboration Skills with teams across design centers and job sites
• Prepare Future Project Leaders with diverse real-world experience
• Enhance Engagement & Retention by aligning strengths with roles and locations
