A leading AmLaw 50 firm is seeking a talented Sr. Associate Attorney to join its dynamic Corporate Finance and Securities practice in New York . This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned legal professional to advise on sophisticated borrower-side finance transactions in a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Candidate Profile

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record .
• Active Bar Admission in New York , in good standing.
• 7+ years of substantive experience in borrower-side finance transactions .
• Extensive experience advising borrowers in complex financing arrangements, including syndicated credit facilities , acquisition financings , and leveraged loans .
• Background in representing private equity sponsors , portfolio companies , and corporate borrowers in a wide range of lending transactions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and lead deal processes from term sheet through closing .
• BigLaw Experience : Familiar with the pace of a top-tier, large New York law firm.
• Soft Skills : Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills. The ideal candidate works well on a team and has an entrepreneurial spirit.
