OVERVIEW :

Our client, a prestigious international law firm , is seeking a highly qualified Mid-Level Associate Attorney to join their Mergers & Acquisitions and Leveraged Finance practice in their New York office. The firm is recognized for its sophisticated corporate transactions, advising top-tier clients on complex financial deals.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Counsel clients on M&A transactions and leveraged finance matters, including acquisitions, recapitalizations, and restructurings.
• Represent private equity sponsors, borrowers, lenders, and financial institutions in high-value transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents, ensuring compliance with market standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure and execute deals efficiently.
• Conduct due diligence and risk assessments to support strategic decision-making.
