Our client needs an energetic, customer and detail focused leader to join their team as Associate Branch Manager servicing Commercial landscape maintenance clients in greater West LA / Ventura county, CA.
You are responsive to client needs and knowledgeable on :
Relationship building Visit client sites and clients regularly, ensuring complete customer satisfaction and adherence to contract.
Management and Leadership management and development of the Crew Leaders & Crew Members.
Project Management Create and sell landscape improvement recommendations and proposals; manage quality of service, client satisfaction and profitability goals.

Meet these requirements :
Experience leading operations with multiple direct reports and total team size of 50+.
3+ years of related P& Lmanagementexperience .
4 years degree in management, landscape or related field , CLP or CLT certification a plus
