In this role, you will

• Confirm coverage and manage claims and suits brought against accounts.
• Interpret, analyze, and resolve coverage issues.
• Select and appoint legal counsel.
• Manage litigation with outside counsel and accounts.
• Manage litigation costs, including fees and expenses.
• Post timely and accurate loss and ALE reserves.
• Resolve cases via dismissal, settlement, or trial.
• Negotiate case resolutions.
• Provide service to insureds and assist in sales and account retention efforts.
• Conduct claim audits of self-insured accounts and TPAs.
• Perform other activities required of a claims professional.

MedPro Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer. The annual gross base salary range is $90,000 to $150,000. This range anticipates the low and high end of the salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidates qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of MedPros total compensation and benefits package, which includes medical, vision, and dental insurance options, life and accident insurance, 401(k), and short-term and long-term disability insurance.
