Physical Therapist - Skilled - (PT - Skilled)

Join a 13-week travel healthcare assignment in Mountain City, TN, with 8-hour day shifts in a skilled nursing facility (SNF). Mountain City is known for its scenic beauty and outdoor recreation opportunities, including hiking, fishing, and exploring the nearby Appalachian Mountains.

As a travel healthcare professional, you will provide skilled care and support to residents in a long-term care setting. Responsibilities include assessing patients, performing exams and tests, monitoring vital signs, and recording health information. You will administer medications, collaborate with physicians, and modify treatment plans based on patient conditions. Educating patients about their conditions and treatments, maintaining medical equipment, and supporting patients’ emotional needs through counseling and referrals are also key duties. Accurate record-keeping and reporting changes in patient conditions to the care team are essential.
