BasicDetails :

This position is a key member of the accountingteam that ensures accurate preparation of financial information andreports timely completion of period close process and review ofaccount reconciliations.

This position also assists internal orexternal audit requirements and various regulatory requirements andsupport business partners by providing accurate accountinginformation to enable sound decisions and drive managementactions.

What youll bedoing :

Perform accountingactivities like :

Perform themonthend close process :

Review and reconcile monthend datareports for respective journal entries.

• Evaluate accuracy and reasonableness offinancial information provided by businesspartners.
• Perform month endclosing activities including the preparation and recording of allassociated journal entries.
• Ensure balances reflected in the financialstatements are accurate.
• Prepare analyze and review monthly reports andstandalone and consolidated fluctuationanalyses.
• Lead departmentalmonthend close meetings.
• Assist in the preparation of information forBoard of Directors executive presentations and various specialprojects as requested by management.

Complete quarterly calendar year and fiscal yearreporting and financial statements :

Prepare quarterly and / orannual financial statements.

• Prepare and review supporting schedules anddocumentation as required for the financial audits for bothcompanies by external audit.
• Provide information required for periodicregulatory audits and tax reporting.
• Independently prepare and respond to variousadhoc request from internal departments timely andaccurately.
• Independentlylead and / or support managementdirected specialprojects.
• Continuously lookfor opportunities to strengthen and / or streamline existingaccounting policies and procedures. Investigate and implementadvanced usage of available technology.

Recommend processimprovements and / or changes in accounting treatment asappropriate.

FourYear College Degree (BA orBS.

• 510 years of relevantwork experience.
• Advancedreporting experience Very important
• Exceptional day to day accounting experienceVery important
• Strongaccounting understanding and expertise.
• Strong written documentation and written andoral communication.
• Stronganalytical skills initiative; ability tomultitask.
• Demonstratedproficiency with Microsoft Officeapplications.

Added bonus ifyou have (Preferred) :

Public accounting experience withnational firm.

• AdvancedDegree. Specify : Accounting.
• Experience working with ERP application. SAPpreferred.
• Certified PublicAccountant License.
