Dietary Cook Responsibilities :

The Dietary Cook supervisor cooks and prepares meals when needed.

The Dietary Cook plans food production to coordinate with meal serving hours; cook supervisor will oversee food production for AM & PM cook.

The Dietary Cook follows standard recipes and special diet orders- attends monthly food meeting & follows up on concerns,

The Dietary Cook supervisor operates standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.

The Dietary Cook supervisor adheres to all sanitation and food production codes.

The Dietary Cook supervisor cleans and maintains kitchen equipment, utensils, and appliances.

Serv Safe Certification encouraged.
