Contracts Specialist

A company is looking for a Contracts Specialist to join their Legal team.

Key Responsibilities

Write, review, draft, and negotiate various agreements and contracts

Identify and recommend modifications to terms that deviate from corporate standards, collaborating with internal stakeholders

Provide guidance on contract issues and act as a liaison to drive the contract review and approval process

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent is a plus

3-5 years of experience in technology-related agreements

2+ years of experience with SaaS and / or enterprise software agreements

Solid understanding of contract provisions, risks, and relevant legal areas

Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word and Excel; experience with SalesForce.com and DocuSign is preferred
