Large manufacturing facility in the greater Waxahachie area has immediate opening for an HR Manager.

The plant currently employs close to 200 people and continues to expand. The HR Manager will be heavily involved in recruiting both hourly and salaried personnel. The company culture focuses on team building and collaboration with a strong focus on employee retention.

Qualified candidates must have a BS degree along with at least 5 years of HR experience in manufacturing. Must also have prior experience in supervisory or management roles. Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a big plus.

This plant is part of a larger corporation operating multiple sites throughout the U.S.

Prefer candidates already located in this region of Texas (Waco, Waxahachie, Alvarado, etc.)
