The Human Resources Business Partner at Affinity Group serves as a trusted advisor and consultant to region leadership, promoting alignment between HR initiatives and business objectives. This role plays a pivotal function in providing strategic HR guidance, managing complex employee relations issues, and maintaining legal compliance while fostering a culture of high performance and employee engagement for the Region. This business partner collaboratively teams with other regions and advances the alignment of Corporate HR practices, strategies, and initiatives. Effective execution in this role contributes to the company's strategic objectives, fosters a supportive work environment, and drives the organization's continued success.

Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is required.A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a Human Resources role, with at least 3 years in a strategic HR business partner or similar role.Demonstrated experience in employee relations, performance management, and legal compliance.Proven track record in talent development, workforce planning, and employee relations.HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is strongly preferred.Proficient in using HR technology platforms, including HRIS, HCM, ATS, and LMS eLearning systems.Candidate Qualifications / Competencies
