Job description4 to 5 procedure days per week, with 1 to 2 clinic days Approximately 60 to 70 procedures per week, growing to 100+ with a new physician 40-hour workweek with flexibility between ASC and clinic Limited call responsibilities, approximately three months per year Base salary of $450,000 plus 30 percent of collections above $750,000 Annual earning potential exceeding $600,000 Sign-on bonus, malpractice with tail, and ownership eligibility after two years Ownership includes practice, ASC, and real estate 15 business days of PTO, 6 holidays, and a $5,000 CME allowance Fellowship-trained in Pain Medicine through Anesthesiology or PM&R Focused on interventional procedures with ASC-based practice goals Eligible for a Louisiana medical license and DEA Interested in leadership, growth initiatives, and advancing procedural outcomes Access professional development resources and educational programs offered by different facilities, staying updated with the latest medical practices and guidelines. Practice Overview
- 100 percent outpatient interventional pain practice with no chronic opioid panel or inpatient work
- Two-room setup with C-arms and eight clinic / procedure rooms
- ASC-aligned model with fluoroscopy, ultrasound, and recovery bays
- Broad procedural mix including epidurals, RFA, kyphoplasty, SCS, MILD, and biologics
- Freedom to perform the procedures you prefer, with full clinical autonomy
