Interventional Pain Management Opportunity

New Iberia, Louisiana | 100% Interventional | ASC Ownership Track

This 100% Interventional Pain Management opportunity in South Louisiana offers what many pain physicians are actively searching for: high procedural volume, no chronic opioid panel, immediate ASC access, and a clear path to ownership. Join a physician-owned pain management group with more than 30 years of regional reputation and step directly into a busy, ASC-aligned model designed for procedural efficiency and long-term growth.

Practice Overview:

• 100% outpatient Interventional Pain practice with no chronic opioid management
• ASC-aligned model with fluoroscopy, ultrasound, C-arms, and dedicated recovery bays
• Two procedure rooms plus eight clinic/procedure rooms
• Broad procedural mix including epidurals, RFA, kyphoplasty, SCS, MILD, and biologics
• Full autonomy to tailor your procedural focus and grow the service line

Schedule:

• Four to five procedure days per week, with one to two clinic days
• 60 to 70 procedures weekly, with projected growth to 100+
• 40-hour workweek with flexibility between ASC and clinic
• Limited call responsibilities, approximately three months annually

Compensation & Ownership:

• $450,000 base salary plus 30 percent of collections above $750,000
• Annual earning potential exceeding $600,000
• Sign-on bonus and malpractice coverage with tail
• Ownership eligibility after two years, including practice, ASC, and real estate
• 15 business days of PTO, six holidays, and $5,000 CME allowance

Candidate Profile:

• Fellowship-trained in Pain Medicine through Anesthesiology or PM&R
• Procedurally focused with ASC-driven practice goals
• Eligible for Louisiana medical licensure and DEA
• Interested in leadership, expansion, and building long-term equity
