Operations Manager

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dynamic Operations Manager to join our well-established organization in custom millwork and wood component manufacturing. As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for consistently and effectively communicating with multiple departments and department supervisors to convey any fabrication or potential installation challenges. You will also be responsible for ensuring millwork shop drawings are correct and workable, do take offs and prep for production while ensuring production is completed safely, efficiently, and in a timely manner.

Responsibilities for the Operations  Manager :

• Manage and oversee the production process from start to finish
• Monitor and control quality standards to ensure finished products meet or exceed customer expectations
• Perform detailed reviews of blueprints and shop drawings prior to production
• Manage and control costs while maintaining the highest level of product quality
• Conduct regular production reviews and assessments to identify areas for improvement
• Manage and control production costs while ensuring quality standards are maintained
• Develop and implement production procedures and processes to ensure that the production process runs smoothly and efficiently
• Continuously monitor production processes to ensure they meet customer expectations and satisfaction levels.
