Oncor Electric Delivery Company LLC, headquartered in Dallas, is a regulated electricity transmission and distribution business that uses superior asset management skills to provide reliable electricity delivery to consumers. Oncor (together with its subsidiaries) operates the largest transmission and distribution system in Texas, delivering power to nearly 4 million homes and businesses and operating more than 143,000 miles of transmission and distribution lines in Texas.

As a Senior Accountant at Oncor, you're responsible for preparing, processing, reviewing, analyzing and reporting financial and statistical transactions for Oncor Electric Delivery, Oncor North Texas Utility (NTU) Limited Liability Corporation (LLC) and other affiliates.

Key responsibilities include :

• Performs monthly closing responsibilities including journal entry preparation and approval, account reconciliations and analysis.
• Prepares and analyzes financial and operational information for Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) reporting, Request for Information (RFI's) and audit inquiries.
• Prepares and analyzes information used for inclusion in compliance filings with the Public Utility Commission of Texas, Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), and other regulatory authorities.
• Prepares invoicing / billing changes to specific customer groups.
• Prepare cost accounting analysis of various Oncor Electric Delivery Business Units.
• Prepares various reports for management as requested.
