Job DescriptionJob DescriptionMBS is hiring a Welder for a great client in Fairfield, OH. This is a direct hire opportunity, full-time position.

FULL JOB DESCRIPTIONPRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Perform MIG welding on various metal components according to specifications.Execute TIG welding tasks as needed for specific projects.Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and detailed drawings.Inspect welded joints and structures to ensure they meet quality standards.Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition.Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on time.REQUIREMENTSProven experience as a welder, with a focus on MIG welding.Proficiency in TIG welding is a plus.We would like at least 2 years’ experienceStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Knowledge of safety standards and practices in welding.Comfortable working in various positions, including standing, bending, and kneeling.Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.Good vision and hearing to perform welding tasks safely.Ability to work in fast-paced environment.Ability to move or lift up to 50+ lbs.Ability to reach, grasp, hold, push, pull, bend, twist, squat, climb, kneel.Communication skills.ABOUT THE KABLE GROUPFor over 50 years, The Kable Group has been committed to connecting candidates looking for reliable work opportunities with companies in need of workforce solutions.
