A company is looking for a Sales VP- Direct.

Key Responsibilities

Drive growth by selling technology and services to large and mid-market employers

Cultivate relationships with customers, consultants, brokers, and other partners

Manage the full sales cycle, including RFP responses, pricing, and contract negotiation

Required Qualifications

10+ years of industry experience in a sales position

Proven success in selling benefits administration or insurance products

Experience managing complex sales processes with senior-level stakeholders

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
