About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Manager (Inside Sales) to join our company and support our dedicated team of Account Managers / Sales Reps. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving top-of-funnel sales activities by addressing daily needs and enhancing sales performance through effective goal setting, recognition, coaching, and mentoring. As a Sales Manager (Inside Sales), you will cultivate a culture of continuous learning by coordinating ongoing sales training sessions. You will handle the hiring and onboarding of new Account Managers / Sales Reps, serve as a key point of contact for cross-functional partners on sales-related initiatives, and develop and implement key sales initiatives to drive business growth.
Your Responsibilities
Review and manage team calendars daily to ensure sales coverage.
Establish monthly sales goals.
Develop and implement monthly sales training plans.
Interview and hire new Account Managers.
Meet with cross-functional partners regularly to provide support on sales-related initiatives.
Develop and implement strategies for call campaigns including establishing call volume expectations, creating scripting, establishing SLAs, etc.
