Who we are looking for :

We are currently looking for a Manufacturing Supervisor to be based out of Wayne, MI. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this person will be responsible for supervising hourly production employees to meet Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost metrics. This person will be responsible for supervising the 2nd shift operations (M-F, 2 : 30PM-11 : 30PM).

• Train, coach, and develop the hourly workforce
• Uphold and enforce company policies, values, procedures, and housekeeping practices
• Create and modify standard work

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay for this position is $ 70,080 - $96,360 . Placement in the range depends on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs and may change over time. Other compensation may include, but not limited to, overtime, shift differentials, bonuses, commissions, stock, and other incentives.
