Sr. Manufacturing Engineer Responsibilities :

Define and implement finishing, assembly, and decoration processes for new projects, ensuring quality, cost, delivery, and performance (QCDP) objectives are met.

Develop, validate, and ensure reliability of finishing systems from design through production launch.

Serve as the main technical contact for finishing processes, supporting both internal teams and customers.

Collaborate with suppliers and project teams to optimize process feasibility, cost, and performance.

Identify and implement technical improvements to enhance production efficiency and safety.

Sr. Manufacturing Engineer Qualifications :

Strong background in automotive development, special machine design, and process optimization.

Expertise in finishing and decoration technologies (IMF, IMD, pad printing, laser engraving, welding, etc.).

Skilled in budgeting, process documentation (FMEA, MTS), ergonomics, and continuous improvement methods.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to work independently on process development and troubleshooting.
