Pay : $18.75 per hour + $3.00 an hour weekend differential

Schedule : Full-time, 6 : 30 AM – 3 : 00 PM, five days on and two days off

What You'll Tackle As A Morning Facility and Property Maintenance Technician :

• Operate sweeper vehicles to keep streets, parking lots, and facilities clean
• Perform property walkthroughs and remove debris or hazards
• Assist with general groundskeeping and light facility maintenance
• Support safety and cleanliness standards across properties
• Provide reliable, quality service that keeps communities looking their best
