Location : Herndon, VA (Hybrid)

Job Type : Direct Hire | Full-Time | Exempt

Compensation : $110,000 – $120,000 / year

Benefits : This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

About the Role

Addison Group is partnering with our client to hire an experienced Recruiting Manager. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will guide a team of recruiters, oversee high-volume hiring initiatives, and refine recruitment strategies to ensure the organization continues to attract top talent. The ideal candidate is analytical, numbers-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment, with a proven track record in manufacturing or similarly high-volume industries. Key Responsibilities :

• Lead & Mentor : Oversee a team of recruiters, providing guidance, coaching, and support to build a strong, collaborative, and high-performing recruiting function.
• Develop Strategies : Design and execute creative talent acquisition strategies using diverse sourcing methods including direct sourcing, job boards, referrals, and social media.
• Collaborate with Leadership : Partner with hiring managers and HR leaders across multiple departments to understand workforce needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
• High-Volume Hiring : Manage large-scale recruiting efforts, balancing speed and quality to meet demanding staffing requirements.
• Use Data to Drive Results : Monitor recruitment metrics, analyze trends, and provide insights to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Enhance Candidate Experience : Promote a strong employer brand by ensuring a seamless, professional, and engaging candidate journey.
• Stay Compliant : Maintain knowledge of employment laws, best practices, and evolving recruitment trends to ensure compliant and competitive hiring.
• Vendor Partnerships : Manage external recruitment partners and evaluate vendor performance to maximize ROI.
• Special Initiatives : Partner with universities, training programs, and industry groups to build long-term pipelines of qualified candidates.
