Compensation : $110,000 – $120,000 / year

About the Role
Addison Group is partnering with our client to hire an experienced Recruiting Manager. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will guide a team of recruiters, oversee high-volume hiring initiatives, and refine recruitment strategies to ensure the organization continues to attract top talent. The ideal candidate is analytical, numbers-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment, with a proven track record in manufacturing or similarly high-volume industries. Key Responsibilities :
- Lead & Mentor : Oversee a team of recruiters, providing guidance, coaching, and support to build a strong, collaborative, and high-performing recruiting function.
- Develop Strategies : Design and execute creative talent acquisition strategies using diverse sourcing methods including direct sourcing, job boards, referrals, and social media.
- Collaborate with Leadership : Partner with hiring managers and HR leaders across multiple departments to understand workforce needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
- High-Volume Hiring : Manage large-scale recruiting efforts, balancing speed and quality to meet demanding staffing requirements.
- Use Data to Drive Results : Monitor recruitment metrics, analyze trends, and provide insights to improve efficiency and outcomes.
- Enhance Candidate Experience : Promote a strong employer brand by ensuring a seamless, professional, and engaging candidate journey.
- Stay Compliant : Maintain knowledge of employment laws, best practices, and evolving recruitment trends to ensure compliant and competitive hiring.
- Vendor Partnerships : Manage external recruitment partners and evaluate vendor performance to maximize ROI.
- Special Initiatives : Partner with universities, training programs, and industry groups to build long-term pipelines of qualified candidates.
Qualifications :
Experience : 5+ years as a Recruiting Manager, ideally in high-volume manufacturing or a similar environment.Recruiting Expertise : At least 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience. Experience with OFCCP required.Leadership : Managed teams of 3 or more recruiters.Technology Skills : 2+ years of experience with ATS platforms and recruitment software; advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, v-lookups, macros).Industry Knowledge : Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies, and employment regulations.Soft Skills : Professional communicator, approachable leader, and collaborative team player with an analytical mindset.Education : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field required.Schedule & Location
Hours : Monday–Friday, 8 : 30 AM – 5 : 30 PM (40 hours / week)Hybrid Schedule : 2–3 days in office (Tuesdays required; other days flexible)Location : Herndon, VA – occasional travel may be requiredHiring Process
