Job Description :
The Account Manager at PIIAC is responsible for maintaining and maximizing profitable relationships with clients and growing the book of business through new client sales. This role does require the candidate to have an active Colorado Property and Casualty License.

Drive growth by identifying and securing new commercial and personal insurance opportunities, for our agent membersCultivate and sustain strong agent relationships, providing exceptional service, timely and accurate quotations, and proactive account support.Monitor sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), documenting all sales activity in detail. .Conducts marketing, negotiates rates, reviews quotes and coverage for competitiveness and accuracy.Ensures data integrity and compliance by accurately documenting client files and maintaining the agency management system according to company standards.Foster a collaborative team environment, mentoring team members, sharing expertise, and contributing to both formal and informal team meetings.Guide and support agent partners through the new business, renewal, and retention process, strengthening long-term relationships.Collaborate with carrier partners to understand underwriting guidelines, risk appetites, and to stay current with industry trends.Proactively identify opportunities to improve firm processes and bring issues or discrepancies to the attention of appropriate leadership.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications
Hold the insurance license required by your state and have a minimum of two years personal and commercial lines insurance account management experience.Possess a valid drivers license and a source of reliable transportation.Demonstrate strong knowledge of insurance products and usages, rating procedures, underwriting procedures, coverages, and industry operations to effectively secure new business and maintain existing client base.Be people-oriented, customer-focused, and professionally assertive in developing new client relationships and servicing existing clients.Possess outstanding organizational skills with an ability to complete difficult assignments without supervision, sound business judgment, strong decision-making and superior written and verbal communication skills.Have excellent time management skills, thrive in a team environment and Technology and Computer proficiency including agency management systems.Salary Range 60,000-67,500 annually.
