A company is looking for a Payroll & Benefits Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Process multi-state payrolls accurately and timely
Administer employee benefits programs and respond to inquiries
Ensure compliance with regulations and conduct audits on payroll data
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
3 years of experience processing California payroll
3 years of experience with ADP Workforce Now
3 years of experience using Excel, including advanced formulas
1 year of experience with benefits administration and non-discrimination testing
