Design and Manufacturing Engineer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and versatile Design and Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the entire product lifecycle, from initial design and prototyping to managing manufacturing processes and quality control. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with plastic injection molding and industrial automation, and be committed to continuous process improvement.

Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :

• Experience with plastic injection molding machines and processes, as well as a variety of other industrial automation components.
• 1–3 years of experience in the manufacturing of machined parts, component assembly, and injection molded parts.
• 1–3 years of experience in product design, specifically for injection molded products.
• 1–3 years of experience with CAD software, including SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, and AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of production processes, quality control, cost analysis, and material properties to maximize manufacturing efficiency.
• Practical, hands-on experience in building small-scale prototypes.
• Ability to design and interpret precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.
• Strong analytical skills to understand how various systems interact and how changes will affect outcomes.
• Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented, and deadline-driven environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, effectively prioritize workload, and commit to continuous process improvement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to work cooperatively with cross-functional teams to set goals and resolve problems.
• Ability to undertake self-directed tasks and work independently when necessary.
