Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound tickets and answer live phone calls as needed
Provide exceptional customer service to caregivers and clients via phone and email
Maintain accurate records of transactions and resolve tickets through effective communication and coordination
Required Qualifications and Education
Experience in customer service or related field
Ability to accept coaching and feedback for continuous improvement
Demonstrated reliability through punctuality and consistent attendance
Professional demeanor in interactions with caregivers, clients, and coworkers
Flexibility to perform other duties as assigned by leadership
