Job Posting: Machine Operator – Auburn, WA | $23.25–$24.25/hr

We are hiring an experienced Machine Operator to join a leading aerospace raw‑material supplier in Auburn, WA. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, takes pride in precision, and is comfortable operating saws and forklifts in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate band saws to cut steel and other materials to exact specifications
• Safely operate sit‑down forklifts
• Read tape measures accurately for precise cutting and processing
• Perform visual quality checks to ensure materials meet standards
• Process materials and apply metal to customer orders per work instructions
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized equipment and work areas
• Complete accurate data entry and documentation
• Learn to operate aluminum saws (4'–20' cuts, .019–10" material)
• Support additional warehouse and production tasks as needed

Required Skills

• Band saw experience, especially cutting steel
• Sit‑down forklift experience
• Accurate tape‑measure reading
• Strong attention to detail
• Machine operation experience in metal fabrication or aerospace

• Comfortable in a warehouse environment
• Good paperwork habits and chain‑of‑custody accuracy

• 1st Shift: 4am–2:30pm, Mon–Thu (1 opening) – $23.25/hr
• 1st Shift: 4am–12:30pm, Mon–Fri (3 openings) – $23.25/hr
• 2nd Shift: 12:15pm–8:45pm, Mon–Fri (4 openings) – $24.25/hr
• 2nd Shift: 2:30pm–1am, Mon–Thu (1 opening) – $24.25/hr
• 3rd Shift: 4am–2:30pm, Fri–Mon (3 openings) – $23.25/hr
• 3rd Shift: 4am–4:30pm, Fri–Sun (3 openings) – $23.25/hr

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.25 - $24.25/hr.
