00 / hr., plus available overtime. As a Contact Center Agent, you will work with clients by answering inbound and outbound calls, processing emails, chat, and callback interactions.
Requirements :
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year in a call center or high-volume phone position; in person customer service experience considered
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Dependable and able to adhere to schedule
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Effective listening skills
- Customer service orientation
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a high volume and sometimes stressful work environment
- Ability to read, write and speak English
- Ability to sit at workstation for long periods of time

Available Shift :
- Monday-Friday 9 : 30 am-6 : 00 pm
- Training Schedule : 5 days from 8 : 00 am-4 : 30 pm

Pay Details : $20.00 per hour
