As a Security Professional - Government Site - Multiple Shifts in Astoria, NY , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government and more .

As a Part-Time Security Officer, you'll use our exclusive Claim a Shift platform to view and Pick up open shifts based on your availability-giving you the freedom to build a schedule that works for you, while gaining valuable site experience across various industries. As a member of the Allied Universal team assigned to a government location, you will play a crucial role in helping to maintain a secure environment for the community. In this unarmed patrol position, you will conduct regular patrols throughout designated areas, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents and respond promptly to any situations that arise. Your presence and professionalism will contribute to a welcoming atmosphere, as you interact with the public and provide outstanding customer service. This post requires driving as part of your patrol responsibilities, so a valid driver's license is necessary. Pay Rate : $18.02 / Hour

Job Schedule :

DayTimeMon12 : 00 AM - 08 : 00 AMSat01 : 00 PM - 06 : 30 PM

What You'll Do :

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
