The Role : Strategic Account Executive
Capsule is building the world's most intuitive AI-powered video editing toolbuilt for work. We're led by two serial founders who have created and scaled creative platforms for hundreds of millions of people, and we're backed by top-tier investors behind companies like Webflow, Figma, Slack, and Replit.
We've grown rapidly, and in just a few months since leaving public beta, Capsule is already used by 100+ enterprise teams including HubSpot, ServiceNow, and Instacart to create high-quality, on-brand video content at scale.
We're looking for a Strategic Account Executive to expand and deepen relationships with Capsule's highest-value customers. You'll focus on identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts, working cross-functionally with Sales, Success, and Leadership to close expansion deals and strengthen long-term partnerships.
This is a high-impact, customer-facing role where you'll shape how our largest customers experience Capsule.
