• Experienced support staff : 2 Certified Diabetes Nurse Educators, 1 Dietitian, 2 Medical Assistants
• Average 15 patients / day
• Diabetic patients have a 1-hour time slot for visits
• Established patients 30-minutes and established Non-Diabetes 45-minutes visits
• Case Mix : 70-75% Diabetes, 25% thyroid, pituitary, hormones, transgender patients
