Job Description

The Finance Director will lead the commercialization and performance management of Visa's Marketing Services portfolio under Value Added Services (VAS). This role is pivotal in VAS Marketing Strategy, driving pricing plan, and ensuring maximum ROI across global and regional markets. The Finance Director will partner closely with Global teams in VAS, Marketing function, Legal, and Regional Marketing Services teams in go-to-market strategy, develop scalable programs, and unlock new partnership opportunities.

Strategic VAS Marketing Commercialization

• Develop frameworks for commercializing VAS Marketing assets globally.
• Create standardized playbooks and margin targets for client deals.
• Oversee asset inventory tracking and utilization across regions.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY : The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 170,700.00 to 247,600.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
