Job Summary

The Clinical Systems Implementation Specialist plays a critical role in supporting successful program implementations and technology conversions across our dental practices.

This position requires a customer-focused individual with strong training, communication, and problem-solving skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

The Specialist will provide on-site and remote training, support practices through all phases of the implementation lifecycle, and ensure smooth adoption of new processes and technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support and training during strategic program implementations and technology software conversions.
• Deliver post-live support and training both on-site and remotely, ensuring smooth transition and adoption.
• Facilitate pre-live activities, including practice readiness assessments, data audits support and image audits.
• Support go-live events with an on-site presence, ensuring immediate issue resolution and building end-user trust and confidence.
• Provide Level 1 post-live support, including community chat monitoring, technical email responses, service and helpdesk ticket triage, and escalation pathway assignment.
• Conduct post-live lookbacks to identify improvement opportunities and ensure continued success.
• Lead and deliver pre-live, post-live, new hire, and steady-state training sessions.
• Update and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) and knowledgebase with current documentation and training resources.
• Stay up to date with technology and software enhancements and apply updates to training materials and internal documentation.
• Establish proficiency in business process and technology.
