HiFyve is hiring a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor in the food and beverage industry in St. Paul, MN!

Salary : $75,000–$85,000 + 5% bonus

Shift : 2nd Shift (1 : 30 PM – 10 : 00 PM)

Schedule : Monday–Friday with some weekends in Q4

Position Overview :

We are seeking a results-driven 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to oversee a team of 20–25 employees. This role focuses on efficient production operations, employee engagement, and maintaining food safety and quality standards. Ideal candidates will bring supervisory experience in food, beverage, or pharmaceutical manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise production operations including filling, mixing, cooling, packaging, and storage
• Assign daily work and ensure shift goals are met
• Monitor equipment performance and sanitation; coordinate maintenance as needed
• Support compliance with food safety, sanitation, and quality protocols
• Promote and enforce safe work practices and investigate incidents as required
• Manage production scheduling and ensure materials are staged appropriately
• Conduct performance evaluations and maintain timekeeping records
• Foster a team-oriented, accountable work environment
• Provide coaching and on-the-job training to team members
