SRE Support Engineer

TEKsystems is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer (SREs) to join a team responsible for ensuring the stability and reliability of critical cloud-based environments. These engineers will monitor systems, respond to incidents, handle service requests related to configuration changes, and release coordination.

• No C2C (Must work W2)
• Must be willing to work a hybrid schedule onsite 3 days a week

• MS Azure / AKS
• Red Hat Openshift / Kubernetes
• Terraform
• Key Responsibilities
• Monitor cloud environments using various tools to ensure uptime and performance
• Respond to events and incidents, ensuring timely resolution
• Handle service requests for configuration changes
• Collaborate with development and platform teams on release activities
• Maintain operational documentation and support runbooks
• Required Skills and Experience
• Cloud platform experience : Azure preferred, AWS acceptable
• OpenShift & Kubernetes : Must have hands-on experience
• Python : Required for support scripting (not development)
• Enterprise support : Preferably in financial services or other regulated industries
• Nice-to-Have Skills
• Terraform : Helpful for understanding infrastructure-as-code and configuration management

The pay range for this position is $73.68 - $73.68 / hr.
