We are seeking a Part-Time Bookkeeper / Tax Preparer with experience in QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online to help manage bookkeeping and tax preparation tasks. If you are detail-oriented, motivated to learn, and responsible , this role could be a great fit for you!

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform bookkeeping tasks for multiple clients, ensuring accurate and up-to-date financial records .
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts , categorize transactions, and generate financial reports.
• Assist in preparing tax returns, ensuring compliance with IRS regulations.
• Maintain organized financial records and support tax planning efforts.
• Communicate with clients regarding financial inquiries and document requests.
• Stay up to date with tax laws and bookkeeping best practices .
