Job Id : # of Openings : 1 POSITION : Part-time Shipping and Receiving Representative LOCATION : ACMS Office - Overland Park, KS RESPONSIBILITIES : • Reports directly to the Director of Administrative Services • Maintains a list of Vendors that are used for equipment and supplies. • May work with and negotiate with Vendors on products, cost, and pricing of equipment. • Maintain inventory at all offsite locations to ensure the minimum required levels of all supplies are on hand which includes but is not limited to items such as vests, hats, visors, stop signs, handbooks, whistles, lanyards, ponchos. • Ensure that orders are complete and shipped and delivered in a timely manner. • Use software to track, check, prioritize and route orders. • Resolve issues regarding shipped orders. • Maintain the organization of the on-site storage area. • Supply Request preparation and shipment. • Maintain office equipment, order, and stock office supplies. • ID Card processing • Forms; ensure current and in stock EXPECTATIONS : • Work cooperatively with Regional Managers, Assistant Regional Managers, Area Supervisors, Staff and Crossing Guards jointly to provide quality, and seamless customer service. • Consistently complete assigned duties in a professional manner to meet established deadlines. • Implement the appropriate solutions in a timely manner when solving problems for customers and employees. • Open to change and be able to adapt performance to meet the requirements of a changing work environment. • Demonstrate the willingness and ability to work well with others and handle constructive criticism. PHYSICAL DEMANDS : • While performing the duties of this job, employees are regularly required to sit, walk and stand; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone; use hands repetitively to finger, handle, feel or operate standard office equipment; reach with hands and arms; and lift up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and the ability to adjust focus. COMPENSATION :
