NES Global Talent is seeking a Contractor Liaison Specialist to join our Houston office. In this role, you'll be the principal contact for our contractors, ensuring their assignments run smoothly from onboarding through completion. You'll play a critical role in managing contractor queries, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance — all while building trusted relationships that drive retention and long-term success.

What You'll Be Doing

Contractor Management :

• Serve as the primary point of contact for contractors, addressing queries from start to finish.
• Build strong, lasting relationships to promote contractor satisfaction and retention.
• Manage onboarding, assignment extensions, and offboarding while maintaining accurate data.
• Resolve contractor issues quickly and professionally, escalating to senior management when necessary.
• Track timesheets, assignment dates, and client-specific requirements to ensure smooth operations.
• Draft and review schedules of rates with Sales for accuracy before client submission.
• Identify opportunities to improve contractor experience and collaborate with teams to implement solutions.
