Sales Onboarding Specialist Requirements / Qualifications :
3+ years of experience in retail sales, sales training, or a related fieldStrong understanding of sales processes, customer engagement, and closing techniquesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsComfortable delivering training in both one-on-one and group settingsFamiliarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning toolsStrong organizational skills with high attention to detailAbility to work a flexible schedule in a fast-paced retail environmentSales Onboarding Specialist Responsibilities :
Deliver a 3–4 week in-person onboarding program covering sales process, product knowledge, and closing techniquesConduct real-time coaching and shadow sessions to reinforce best practicesEvaluate and certify new hires through assessments, role-playing, and skill demonstrationsLead monthly regional training sessions and ongoing development opportunitiesTrain associates on goal setting, commission strategies, and performance metricsManage LMS content, track training progress, and ensure compliance across regionsCollaborate with leadership to enhance training content and delivery methodsFoster a positive, engaging learning environment aligned with company standards
