Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support for internal software systems and patient-facing technology
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues, resolving simple problems independently
- Communicate directly with patients to help resolve technical difficulties, ensuring a positive and supportive customer service experience
- Coordinate with developers to implement fixes for complex issues
- Assist in maintaining system performance and reliability
- Document common technical issues and solutions to improve response efficiency
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in a technical or STEM field.Some job experience in supporting technical environments.Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.Customer service experience or a demonstrated ability to work directly with end users is a plus.Familiarity with light scripting, PowerBI, or AWS is a plus.Why Join Us?
