Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role for a PRN Nurse located in Lafayette, IN, with some work from home acceptable. The PRN Nurse will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care, performing clinical assessments and documenting care plans, administering medications, monitoring patients' conditions, and providing education and support to both patients and their families. Collaborative work with the healthcare team and maintaining clear and accurate patient records are also key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Clinical Skills : Proven experience in nursing, clinical assessments, and medication administration
• Communication Skills : Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to educate patients and families
• Compassion and Interpersonal Skills : Ability to provide compassionate care, develop patient rapport, and work collaboratively with healthcare teams
• Technical Skills : Proficiency in maintaining patient records and using healthcare software
• Additional Qualifications : Current RN license, BLS / ACLS certification, experience in senior care is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
