A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer - Clojure.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of complex backend systems in Clojure
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure system scalability and security
Serve as a technical leader, mentoring others and driving architectural decisions
Required Qualifications
8+ years of professional software engineering experience with expertise in Clojure
Experience with full stack development, including ClojureScript or other frontend technologies
Proven ability to lead complex technical initiatives end-to-end
Experience in technical mentorship and team development
Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity in a remote-first environment
