Kodex is seeking a results-driven and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of our secure, two-way portal for handling third-party data requests. In this role, you will report to the head of product and collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and sales teams to refine and expand the capabilities of our platform, fostering deeper engagement with our diverse customer basefrom global government agencies to leading industry companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain a strategic product roadmap, aligning with the companys mission to revolutionize third-party data request management.
• Prioritize features and initiatives based on customer impact, business value, and technical feasibility, ensuring efficient resource allocation and high-impact outcomes.
• Translate top customer needs and business goals into detailed product requirements and user stories.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to make informed decisions about design and functionality, balancing technical constraints with user experience and business priorities.
• Manage the end-to-end execution of the roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of features that drive customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Act as the voice of the customer by gathering and synthesizing feedback from corporate and government stakeholders to define product enhancements and address pain points.
• Utilize analytics and user feedback to measure product performance, inform prioritization decisions, and iterate on features to meet evolving compliance, security, and operational requirements.
• Foster a collaborative, team-first culture by partnering across functions to address challenges, align on objectives, and contribute to strategic company initiatives.
• Present product plans, updates, and performance metrics to internal and external audiences, ensuring clarity, alignment, and engagement.
