As they continue to expand, they are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join their team.
About the Role :
This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats. The Bookkeeper will work closely with the CFO and operations team to ensure accurate financial records and help streamline day-to-day financial activities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger
- Prepare and process payroll
- Support month-end and year-end close processes
- Maintain accurate records for auditing and compliance
- Assist with budgeting and financial reporting
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to resolve billing issues
- Use QuickBooks or similar software for data entry and reporting
Qualifications :
2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experienceStrong understanding of GAAP and general accounting principlesProficient in QuickBooks (or similar accounting software) and Microsoft ExcelExperience with construction or manufacturing environments preferredExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and prioritize tasks effectivelyWhat’s in It for You :
