Key Responsibilities :

• Handle all aspects of bookkeeping, including managing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Perform bank and general ledger reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and verifying entries.
• Manage payroll processing and associated reporting in compliance with applicable regulations.
• Process journal entries and maintain the integrity of the general ledger.
• Oversee and track fixed assets, depreciation schedules, and inventory control if applicable.
• Assist with financial audits by preparing documentation and communicating with auditors.
• Prepare and file state and federal tax returns, including sales and payroll taxes.
• Develop and manage budgets and forecasts to support overall financial planning.
• Collaborate with management on cash flow analysis and financial strategies.
