Operations Coordinator
The Operations Coordinator receives, stores, and distributes material, tools, equipment, and products within establishments by performing the following duties.
Coordination of all inbound goods with all departments including Purchasing, Logistics, Warehouse, and Transportation.
Ensure the accuracy of all receiving documentation and purchase orders.
Responsible for the compliance of the inbound schedule and freight shipments with warehouse operations.
Coordinate all company fleet pickups with Logistics and Transportation teams.
Responsible for monitoring daily receiving process.
Responsible for reporting all changes to the delivery schedule.
Ensure freight is clear from the receiving dock systematically and physically.
Verification of all BOLs for receipt of goods.
Verification of all PO confirmations.
Monitor all Recall and FDA holds.
High school diploma or equivalent.
1-3 months of related experience.
