Job Description

Project Manager - Luxury Custom Home Projects up to $15M on Cape Cod will be responsible for :

• Lead project planning and execution for high-end residential builds.
• Coordinate communication between architects, contractors, and clients.
• Monitor project time lines and budgets to ensure timely delivery.
• Address challenges proactively to keep projects on track.
• Foster a collaborative team environment, encouraging innovation.
• Conduct regular site visits to oversee quality and progress.
• Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
