People & Culture Intern

As a People & Culture Intern, you will assist the team with key projects focused on training, labor relations, and compliance. You will gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment and develop skills in employee relations and human resource management. In this role, you will be on-site at the Greensboro Plant during your internship.

What You Will Do

Project Support :

• Conduct research and analyze data to contribute to project reports.
• Assist in creating project documentation and presentations, including Standard Work Instructions.
• Support the development of training materials and programs, particularly for front-line leadership development.

Who You Are

Currently enrolled in or already achieved a Bachelor's degree in business management or human resource management (or equivalent).

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and time-management skills.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
