We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chef de Cuisine to lead the culinary program for an upscale, full-service restaurant in Hackensack, NJ. Responsibilities :

• Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring consistency, quality, and excellence in every dish.
• Develop and execute seasonal menus with a focus on upscale cuisine and high-quality ingredients.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the culinary team to maintain a professional, efficient, and positive kitchen environment.
• Collaborate with ownership and management to uphold the restaurant’s culinary vision and standards.
• Maintain strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
• Monitor food and labor costs to optimize profitability while maintaining quality.
• Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and professional growth within the kitchen.
• Support special events, private dining experiences, and menu innovations.
