This is for a chef who :
- Has a strong fine-dining background (ideally Michelin / high-end notable NYC, London, Paris kitchens)
- Leads the kitchen with precision and passion with a calm, consistent excellence.
- Shapes menus that celebrate exceptional produce and timeless classics, always with a seasonal edge.
- Running a tight (and sparkling clean) ship – from team training and performance to kitchen standards, budgeting, and compliance.
- Collaborating with the Front of House for seamless service, where kitchen and floor operate as one.
- Inspiring and developing your team – holding high standards, and helping others reach them.
- Loves ingredient-led cooking with a touch of theatre
